Canney has worked at Whitehaven Kindergarten School Age Centre since 2019. She has been an Educator in each of Whitehaven’s Programs. She continues to work on her  Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) for the College of Early Childhood Educators. She uses her knowledge of Child Development and Observation skills to develop age appropriate program planning based on the children’s interests for the School Age Program.
